The “coup d'état” is proven by the fact that the decision to cancel the election was implemented before the Constitutional Court’s ruling, a well-known conspiracy attorney claims.
NEWS: THE COUP D'ÉTAT – WE HAVE EVIDENCE!!!
Today I received from a good friend some information and EVIDENCE that demonstrate beyond any reasonable doubt the premeditated nature of the annulment of the second round of the presidential election. Since I know that few people have the patience to read long posts anymore, I will try to be as brief as possible in the description, leaving the materials attached to this text to do the talking. I should mention that everything I am reporting below (in “second reading”) has already been sent to some well-known journalists (I won’t be giving their names here, let them rest assured!) who, however, said that the information is “irrelevant” – it is up to you to decide if that’s the case! So:
My friend has a friend who was a member of the commission in a polling station in TIMIȘ County. Long before the voting process, they received detailed information about how the voting process should unfold throughout the 3 rounds of voting that were to take place (I will post them on Telegram for those who want to read them).
Given the specificity of the election at the end of 2024 (three rounds of election, one week apart!), they received more information and “stationery” than usual.
AND THEY RECEIVED 5 STAMPS WITH THE WORD “VOTED” THAT THEY HAD TO HAND IN AFTER THE LAST ROUND OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION!
It should be noted that AFTER THE FIRST ROUND OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION UNTIL THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION ON DECEMBER 1, 2024, THE STAMPS WERE NEVER RETURNED, BUT REMAINED WITH THE PRESIDENTS OF EACH POLLING STATION!
And here comes the BOMB:
BEFORE THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS OF DECEMBER 1, 2024, ON SATURDAY, 30/11/2024, THE PREFECT’S OFFICE (!!!) ASKED THEM TO HAND IN ALL 5 STAMPS WITH THE WORD “VOTED” AFTER THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION ALONG WITH UNUSED AND CANCELLED BALLOTS!!!
NARRATIVE: The annulment of the presidential election was decided prior to the Constitutional Court ruling, proving that the measure represents a coup d'état.
The presidential election is held separately from the parliamentary election
WHY THE NARRATIVE IS FALSE: To understand exactly where the author of the narrative is lying, we must mention from the start that, although it is held in basically the same format as the presidential election, the parliamentary election is a completely separate ballot. As a rule, election proceedings for the election of Parliament and the president unfold in the same polling stations, if they take place during the same period of time or even at the same time, but in well-justified situations the location of polling stations may differ from one type of election to another. Moreover, the bodies that supervise the two types of elections are, although identically structured, different in terms of members and do not interfere with each other. Last but not least, but perhaps the most important aspect, the stamps that were applied to the ballots were different, depending on the type of election. Thus, for legislative election they printed on the ballot the word “VOTED”, and at the bottom the letter “P”, followed by the date of the election. In the case of the presidential election, under the inscription “VOTED” and the year 2024, the letters “P.R.” were marked.
Upon completion of the voting process in the first round of the presidential election, according to the Guidelines of the Electoral Bureaus for polling stations in the country ahead of the Election for the PRESIDENT OF ROMANIA, under section 4.4. Operations performed in polling stations after the end of the voting process, after counting the ballots and completing the minutes with records of the voting results, the documents were handed over to the electoral bureau that each polling station reported to. All the stamps with the inscription “VOTED P.R.” were placed in a sealed envelope, which was subsequently taken over, upon the closing of polling stations, by representatives of the city hall to which the polling station belonged. Thus, the mayors were compelled to ensure the transport of materials, documents and forms required by law for the unfolding of the election process, from the electoral offices of the polling stations to the county electoral offices, or the district offices of the Bucharest municipality, depending on each specific case. Under no circumstances did they remain in the polling station until the second round of the presidential election, and especially not with the presidents of the commissions (!!) in each polling station. This aspect is also highlighted by the provision under section 5, THE SECOND ROUND OF THE ELECTION in the aforementioned guide, which states that “on 07.12.2024 (the day before the second round, e.n.), the president of the election bureau of the polling station jointly with his deputy must receive from the mayor, based on specific delivery-receipt report, the following materials: [...] stamps with the mention “VOTED”, blue ink and ink pads” [...]
With respect to the parliamentary election, that is, the round of election held before the “BOMB” announced by the author, the Guidelines of the Electoral Bureaus for polling stations in the country ahead of the Election for the SENATE and the CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES stipulated, under the same section 4.4. Operations performed in polling stations after the end of the voting process, the observance of a similar procedure, specifying, however, that the five stamps with the word “VOTED” (different than those used in the presidential election, e.n.), already sealed in a serialized transparent envelope, along with the other special materials (the polling station control stamp, self-adhesive stamps and ink pads), had to be placed in another sealed envelope, which had to be handed over to the local authorities along with the other files and bags prepared in line with the aforementioned guidelines.
In practice, the procedure that Dan Chitic criticizes is standard, transmitted both through the guidelines published by the Permanent Electoral Authority, but also during the training sessions of the members of electoral bureaus in each polling station. Therefore, regardless of the (fallacious) arguments of the sovereigntist attorney, the parliamentary election ended on December 1, and ALL the materials used in polling stations for this specific round of election had to be handed over to the higher electoral bureaus, regardless of any further rounds of election subsequently held, which were bound to use other, completely different materials.
The intend to deceive becomes fully transparent when we notice that the information came “from a good friend” who “has a friend...”, as well as the fact that the narrative states that the members of the electoral bureaus in polling stations allegedly received “more materials and stationery than usual”. The claim is completely false, as we have shown above, as the materials and “stationery” were handed over to the presidents of polling stations for each separate election, on the day before the election.
The sovereigntist attorney who creates extremist legislation
BACKGROUND: Sovereigntist rhetoric with extremist overtones, often reiterating themes of Russian propaganda, has experienced a strong surge in recent times, especially in the context of last fall’s election campaign, taking on even more radical tones with the annulment of the presidential election, due to Russian interference and the failure to comply with electoral legislation by the former pro-Russian candidate with legionary affinities, Călin Georgescu. Romanian extremists, self-proclaimed sovereigntists, accuse the current authorities and especially president Iohannis of establishing a dictatorship and canceling the “freedom of the Romanian people”, while forcing the organization of the second round of the presidential election, both at home and abroad.
Dan Chitic is an attorney who stood out during the Covid-19 pandemic for his “judicial fight” against the vaccination certificate. At the time, he was heavily promoted by Sputnik, the Kremlin’s propaganda channel, where he featured in dozens of articles, as well as by România TV, a TV station known for its conspiracy-mongering and pro-Russian positions. Ever since 2019, Chitic has been one of the first promoters of ROEXIT, Romania’s exit from the EU, an initiative launched together with Daniel Dragomir, a former intelligence colonel convicted of corruption and also involved in the “Black Cube” investigation, where he stands accused of organizing an operation to spy on and compromise Laura Codruța Kovesi, the former head of the National Anti-Corruption Directorate and the current head of the European Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office. In fact, Chitic and Dragomir also founded an anti-European party, called the National Alliance, which promoted “sovereignty”.
In the previous legislature, Dan Chitic was among those lawmakers who substantially contributed to the drafting of a legislative project with extremist overtones, initiated by AUR, “The Sovereignty Law - the law for protecting the superior and sovereign interest of the Romanian people and citizens”. In the spring of 2022, Chitic was at the center of a scandal that took place right in the halls of the Romanian Parliament, which involved several AUR and PSD elected officials.
PURPOSE: To promote sovereigntist and conspiracy rhetoric, to undermine trust in state authorities, to stir and amplify social unrest.
