The German Government, subservient to the world occult, has violated the principle of separation of powers, according to a well-known conspiracy website.
The decline of democracy begins with absurd rebellions, not the rule of law
NEWS: “A German judge who overturned government rules making it compulsory for children to wear masks in schools has been given a suspended prison sentence and will lose his job and pension rights. [...] the entire Health Dictatorship System was mobilized against the judge. Following a complaint filed by the Thuringia Department of Education, a higher court overturned Dettmar's decision. Furthermore, a criminal investigation was started against the judge, being accused of "misappropriation of the law" (!) and tried in a case where he had no authority (!). [...] As a result, a district court in Thuringia found Judge Christian Dettmar guilty, sentencing him to a two-year suspended prison sentence. [...] The conviction of a judge - who is supposed to be independent - for judging according to his own conscience and not government orders - sets a terrible new precedent in the Decline of Western Democracy.”
NARRATIVE: The health dictatorship will punish any attempt at opposing the restrictive measures directed against humankind.
CONTEXT: The restrictive measures adopted by the governments of several states during the Covid19 pandemic were contested from the beginning by a part of the population, which considered that by adopting them, the "world government" wanted to establish a dictatorship to control every aspect of the life of ordinary people. And in order for these beliefs to be justified, a series of false narratives have emerged regarding the nature and origin of the SARS-CoV2 virus, the measures taken to combat its spread, or the effectiveness and effects of vaccination.
In Romania, the spearhead in promoting these conspiracy theories has been the website activenews.ro, which, over time, has sought to validate them through personal interpretations of scientific and legal aspects regarding the Covid19 pandemic and the alleged planetary plot. Veridica has already debunked several such fake news and disinformation related to the pandemic and the occult plan to enslave and decimate humanity, such as the one about the woman arrested for praying silently , or the perpetual pandemic that will eliminate people’s freedoms and rights , as well as those related to the anti-Covid19 vaccine, which induces sterility across three generations and n. v causes testicular cancer to those immunized.
PURPOSE: To validate their own conspiracy theories, to weaken people’s trust in national authorities and, by extension, in Western international organizations.
Court sentencing is based on facts, not thoughts
WHY THE NARRATIVE IS FALSE: In April 2021, the German judge Christian Dettmar did not overturn the rules on the mandatory wearing of masks by children in schools, but only in two schools, thus violating the legal principle that a court decision applies indiscriminately to all entities from the category in case. This fact indicates that the decision was not based on any rule of law, but was taken for declarative purposes, the judge being known for his public stand against the measures to combat Covid19. In fact, the decision was in total contradiction with the laws in force at the time of its adoption. That was the reason for its cancellation, as well as the base for the investigation launched by the German authorities.
In making the decision, Dettmar heard only "experts" who were against the restrictive health measures, violating the principle requiring the consultation of "both sides". Moreover, the case in question was not within his jurisdiction, Dettmar being a family law judge. Cases related to the measures taken by the authorities are judged, in Germany, by a court with competence in administrative law.
At the same time, as he himself stated, the judge gave the verdict exclusively in accordance with his own convictions, completely disregarding the laws in force, regardless of whether they were justified or not. He even stated that he would make the same decision again, thus showing that the gesture was a conscious and intentional one, not one taken from an error of interpretation of the law.
The fact that a year later, in April 2022, the German federal government removed the rules requiring the wearing of masks does not support the theory that such restrictions should never have been in place, but simply shows that the measure was no longer necessary due to the significant decrease in the risk of infection among the population.
In conclusion, the Regional Court ruling a punishment that could lead not only to the exclusion of Dettmar from the judiciary, but also to him losing the right to pension, is a legal one, in accordance with the legal norms in force in the German state. Basically, it condemns disobedience of the law. There is absolutely no indication that the sentence was influenced from the government level, in order to consider the hypothesis of a political intervention in the act of justice. The independence of a judge in making decisions cannot be interpreted in the sense of disregarding the laws in force, thus justifying the severity of the punishment received by Christian Dettmar.
