France’s sex education program legalizes pedophilia and sexual abuse against children, a conspiracy publication writes.

It is an unprecedented decision, but that’s not all. Family allowances might be suspended for several months, thus depriving thousands of families with modest income of financial support. This law was voted discreetly, without public debate, in the French Parliament, although the consequences will be huge for children and teenagers. This sex education program will also be introduced in nursery and primary schools in Germany as well starting September. It is a decision of the European Commission, applicable to all member states.

Sex education is not tantamount to endorsing sexual deviance
WHY THE NARRATIVE IS FALSE: The EVARS program is an initiative of the French Ministry of Education designed to provide sex education in schools, from nursery schools to high schools. According to the official announcement of the Ministry on February 6, 2025, the program will be implemented starting with the 2025-2026 school year, in September, not on March 12, 2025, as the article falsely states.
The outrageous claim that the program stipulates teaching masturbation to children between 4 and 6 years old and undressing 1st and 2nd graders to help them know their bodies, by pedophiles “posing” as teachers, is not only outrageous, but also patently false. Thus, for preschoolers, the program focuses on affective and relational education, including learning the names of body parts using dolls, discussing and expressing emotions, as well as basic physical hygiene and health concepts. The document does not include any references to masturbation or other sexual activities. The author of the article also makes other false claims, arguing, for instance, that 9-10 year olds will learn about anal and oral sex, details that are nowhere to be found in the official program curriculum. The document does, however, mention topics such as managing emotions and preventing abuse.
The article also states that tens of thousands of French parents refused to send their children to school on March 10, 2025, protesting against the program, an action for which they were given 135 Euro fines, with additional fines of 135 Euro for repeat offenses and up to 30,000 euros plus 2 years in prison if they “do not give in”. These penalties do not exist in any item of French legislation. There is indeed a legal provision that can lead to fines of up to 150 Euro per day for unjustified failure to attend class, but this has no connection with the alleged boycott by parents in France. Another false claim in the article in question claims that the EVARS program is a directive of the European Commission and that it will be implemented in Germany in September 2025, as well as in Romania in the future. In fact, EVARS is an exclusively French initiative. The European Commission does indeed provide general guidelines on sexual education, but does not impose a specific program, despite accusations from European ultraconservatives. There is also absolutely no official announcement that Germany will implement a similar program in September 2025. In Germany, sex education is managed separately, obviously with its own controversies and reforms, but with no direct connection to EVARS.
Overall, the material provides a series of outright lies, which subjectively interpret a perfectly legitimate initiative, designed to provide age-appropriate sex education, without promoting pedophilia or other activities inappropriate for minors. Nevertheless, perhaps the most compelling argument proving the article is nothing more than a fabrication, is the fact that the EVARS program has not yet been officially approved, having only received a favorable advisory opinion from the French Higher Council of Education. By the time of its official publication, due this summer, the initiative may undergo significant changes.
Ultraconservative propaganda sleeps but never surrenders
BACKGROUND: The morally degenerate West, which has deviated from Christian values (for example, by legalizing and promoting pedophilia), is one of the main narratives of the propaganda war waged by Moscow against the EU and NATO, which was ramped up following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Anti-Western theses are taken over by local “spokespeople” and are adapted to the specificity of each targeted country. At present, following Washington’s foreign policy shift, with Donald Trump’s return to the White House Trump, the European Union has become the main target of Russian propaganda, replacing NATO and the USA. Thus, Moscow’s sovereignist rhetoric, now disguised in alignment with the new American doctrine, blames the EU, alongside Great Britain, for starting the war in Ukraine, in stark contrast with “the desire of Russia and the United States to make peace”.
In Romania, this type of narrative now targets France, which has suddenly become the “colonizer” imposing its “imperialist” policies on Bucharest. Several pieces of disinformation and fake news have appeared in Romanian media, some claiming that French mercenaries have infiltrated the ranks of the Romanian Gendarmerie to oversee the reprisals against supporters of former presidential candidate Călin Georgescu, or others claiming that France is the “root of all evil” who wants the war in Ukraine to continue and demands sending European troops to the frontline.
The narrative under analysis is not even new, as its origins can be traced back to 2014. It is part of a wider set of narratives that claim that students in Romania are forced to watch films that promote homosexuality or that the global cabal is planning to sexually mutilate children until they no longer know what sex they are and what species they belong to.
