The World Health Organization will impose on humanity the policy of changing the sex of children, according to a false narrative that has also reached the Romanian public space.
Lifelong education and training are not indoctrination
NEWS: "C-FAM's latest report, according to LifesiteNews, highlights the fact that the World Health Organization (WHO) is working on new medical protocols on 'transgender' medical interventions - but not because it plans to follow the example of the UK, Scandinavia and other jurisdictions that subject these so-called treatments to a second review. As C-FAM reports, these protocols aim to "combat the rapid spread of bans and restrictions on "transgender surgeries and medications, especially for children," and will be geared toward "increasing access and use, by trans people and people of various genders, of quality and respectful health services»". The WHO's key objectives are the spread of "gender-affirming care" (by which it means sex-change operations and the administration of hormones), "health worker education and training" (by which it means the indoctrination of medical professionals), and "legal recognition of self-determined gender identity" (by which it means making it illegal to question gender ideology and to make it mandatory to support medical interventions, with the threat of punishment if this is not the case). The UN and WHO are used to trying to impose their will on developing countries. However, these medical protocols will be at odds with new protocols in the Netherlands, Germany, Finland and other countries. These protocols are a blatant attempt by transgender activists to prevent the medical community from opposing the cruelest medical experiment on young people since the eugenics era."
NARRATIVE: WHO's policies are driven solely by the interests of the LGBTQ community and target the sexual mutilation of children.
BACKGROUND: The World Health Organization is an international organization, which has the role of maintaining and coordinating the health situation of the population around the globe. Its activity concerns both aspects related to the prevention and treatment of diseases or the reduction of their effects, as well as nutrition and food, lifestyle or substance abuse. As with other organizations (UN, NATO, EU, etc.), the WHO is seen by conspiracy theorists as an instrument used by the world occult. Adversity towards its role and policies grew due to the restrictive measures it recommended during the Covid19 pandemic, but even before that, the WHO was considered to be a threat to the freedom of humanity , pursuing the implementation of the globalist agenda that wants to subjugate the population of the planet and impose an unnatural social order.
The narrative about the WHO's agenda, allegedly aimed at implementing policies whereby children will be manipulated into changing their gender, appeared on a well-known conspiracy website in Canada, with an ultra-conservative orientation, which has been subject to several bans and sanctions on various social media over the years because of the countless fake news it has published. It was taken over in the Romanian virtual space by a website that constantly publishes xenophobic, racist and anti-Semitic articles, as well as anti-abortion or anti-LGBTQ religious material. Like the Canadian source of inspiration, the Romanian site was also banned on several social media. The only one it is still present on is the Russian network Vkontakte.
The topic has been brought back into social debate in relation to the recently held Bucharest Pride march , organized by the Romanian LGBTQ community, and is part of a wider campaign of ultra-conservative propaganda that claims that students in Romania are forced to watch films that promote homosexuality propaganda and that young people will no longer know what their sex is and what species they belong to.
PURPOSE: To encourage anti-LGBTQ sentiments, to trigger anti-system social movements, to promote the introduction of ultra-religious and ultra-conservative propaganda into the educational and health systems.
Equal rights are not manipulation
WHY THE NARRATIVE IS FALSE: It should be pointed out from the beginning that the recommendations and guidelines published by the WHO are not mandatory, and the decision to implement or ignore them is made at national level, as the organisation has no prevalance over the local governance.
The announcament regarding the project for the development of a guide on the health of transgender people and of people of other genders makes very clear its purpose, that of providing guidance on measures that can be taken in health-care to increase access to quality health services by trans and other gendered people. Thus, the guide will focus on five areas: the provision of specialist support in gender affirmation, including hormone treatments; education and training of health workers to provide gender-inclusive care; providing healthcare for trans and gender diverse people who have been victims of violence, based on their needs; health policies that support gender-inclusive care and legal recognition of self-determined gender identity. Nowhere is it specified that the guide is aimed at children, nor can it be logically inferred that the recommendations will attempt to induce anyone to seek medical procedures to change their gender or identify with a gender other than the one acquired at birth. The article alleges, among other things, that all members of the guideline development group are "transgender activists and health care providers" already involved in "expanding access to transgender medical protocols, including for minor children." At the moment, however, as the WHO says, the composition of the group is provisional, with other members to be announced later. And even though all members will be LGBTQ activists involved in the health industry, we don't see how that fact could be interpreted in a negative way. It's basically like criticizing the fact that environmental activists and people with training in biology, climatology, etc. take part in the development of environmental policies, or that road infrastructure projects are developed and implemented by road engineers, builders and landscape architects.
In the biographic description of the 14 members of the group already announced, the author of the material inserts several false claims, such as the one stating that the WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) guide allows children as young as 12 to consent to transgender treatment with hormones and surgery, and that those of even younger ages should be encouraged to 'socially transition'. In reality, the publication (originally issued in 1979 and now in its eighth edition) recommends that, in the case of adolescents (not children), sex-change treatments be fully reversible during adolescence, and the age at which they can begin not be younger than 12 years. It is obvious that, regardless of the domain, imposing a limit does not imply reaching it every time. In any case, the WPATH guide specifies as clearly as possible that "the adolescent must express their informed consent, and in case they have not reached the age for medical consent, which in Romania is 18 years, and in the USA 16, the consent must be expressed by their parents or legal guardians."
Similarly, the accusation that ILGA-Europe, the most important organization defending the rights of the LGBTQ community in Europe, refuses to condemn sex between adults and children has absolutely no real basis, being most likely an extremely subjective interpretation of the decision by which the Court of Justice of the European Union recognized as legal the family formed by two partners of the same sex and the child adopted by them , a process in which the European organization was actively involved.
In conclusion, the upcoming LGBTQ health best practice guideline has absolutely nothing to do with children and the manipulation of their gender identity. It will be nothing more than an information base for the interested states, from which they can build health policies that offer all people equal opportunities for specialized medical treatments, while encouraging gender diversity, in order to ensure a high level of health, both physical and mental, for the entire population.
