They say that the spike protein has been shown to persist in the body long after injection and can affect blood and blood products used in transfusions. At the same time, because Covid vaccines affect the immune system, it is possible that the donors have undiagnosed infectious diseases. Blood and blood products from people vaccinated against Covid-19 pose great risks to human health, a group of Japanese researchers has pointed out in a large study published this month by preprints.org. The spike protein is toxic to humans and can cross the blood-brain barrier, which is why it is essential that it be removed before transfusions are done, the researchers say.

CONTEXT: False narratives regarding the effectiveness and effects of vaccination have been circulating in Romania for many years, but they became much more visible with the advent of anti-Covid vaccines. Among the promoters of these false narratives are conspiracy theorists, radical Orthodox, sovereigntists, Euro-skeptics and anti-Westerners. Over time, they have sought to validate their anti-vaccination theories by referring to pseudo-experts and anonymous websites or falsely citing various studies. Veridica has already debunked several fake news and pieces of disinformation about the Covid vaccine, which would shorten the lives of men by 24 years , cause testicular cancer in men and physical disabilities in women and which is largely blamed for the wave of “sudden deaths” faced by humanity in this period. The theory analyzed in this material is an adaptation of the narrative that claims that the coronavirus vaccines can be transmitted from an immunized person to an unvaccinated one, to then somehow affect the latter's immune system. As early as 2021, it was written that Japan had allegedly banned the donation and transfer of blood by people vaccinated against Covid, which was proven to be false by several publications.
PURPOSE: To undermine the population's trust in the authorities, to promote the anti-vaccine discourse, to provoke and amplify social tensions.
The blood of vaccinated people is safe for transfusion
WHY THE NARRATIVE IS FALSE: From the beginning, we must state that the work cited in the article is not a scientific one. It is only a pre-print version of a study that has not been reviewed and validated by the scientific community. Also, previous research on which part of the study's conclusions are based has been strongly contested by the scientific community, such as the study on Spikeopathy or the one on adverse reactions following anti-Covid vaccination . In fact, the paper does not provide any evidence that the blood of vaccinated people is dangerous, which is easily deduced from the title itself, which states that the paper expresses some "concerns about blood transfusions" for which it proposes "specific measures".
Moreover, the research conducted by the Japanese scientists does not take into account at all the fact that the spike protein in mRNA vaccines is created on the surface of the antiviral cell and cannot reproduce, unlike covid19 infections in which, by multiplying, the SARS CoV-2 virus also produces spike protein in the same proportion, which later travels freely in the blood. In addition, the spike protein is a common feature of all coronaviruses, including those that cause the common cold in humans. Therefore, if the spike protein is toxic, then blood from virtually every person who has had a cold or other coronavirus infection at some point would be toxic.
In fact, the safety of blood transfusions from people vaccinated against Covid has been confirmed, on several occasions, by the world scientific community. Similar to other vaccines, such as those against measles, mumps or flu, the Covid vaccine is designed to generate an immune response in the body, and its components do not reach the bloodstream.
