NEWS: “If these ruling bastards vote in favor of aligning to the regime of sanctions against Russia, next autumn and winter Moldova will endure famine, cold and poverty”. The warning comes from the leader of SHOR Party, Ilan Shor, after our country obtained EU candidate status, Partidulsor.MD writes. In a video recording posted on his Facebook account, Ilan Shor expresses confidence the Moldovan authorities have struck a deal with a view to our country obtaining EU candidate status in order to join the European Union in exchange for Moldova subscribing to the sanctions against Russia. Additionally, this will virtually lead to renouncing the neutrality status, enshrined in the Constitution. At the same time, it will sow long-term tensions in relations with Moldova’s strategic partners and shut off prospects of settling the Transnistrian conflict”, Ilan Shor said. […]

Moldova’s involvement in the war of sanctions will be followed by an economic catastrophe – Moldova will slip back into the Middle Ages”, Manastyrli argues. […]
