The shooting of the bear Arthur by a foreign prince set Romania on fire. After the scandal is extinguished, a few questions remain: was Arthur the biggest bear in Europe? Was he poached or hunted? Can foreigners do what they want in Romania, if they have money? Is Romania a colony?
